Justice in Kerr county is still justice. The truth knows no county lines and the Dulins have truth on their side. They are the best chance those girls have at a healthy, happy life and I think that will be seen clearly by any objective judge.

Well, well, well. Lookie here who's going to be sent to the "Big House" now that the custody trial has been moved to Kerrville.

I'd say all of Matt's scheming and plotting just backfired on him big time!

Bye, bye Matt. Have fun with your new roomies.

Court dispute over custody of Matt Baker's daughters moves to Kerrville (By Erin Quinn Tribune-Herald staff writer, Thursday April 22, 2010)

"With the custody case moving out of county, 19th State District Judge Ralph Strother notified the McLennan County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday that Baker is now eligible to be transferred from the county jail to state prison.

Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Randy Plemons said the office does not release specific times, dates or locations of inmate transfers. However, he said Baker will be moved to a prison processing facility within the month."
