Actually very well done Zeke. If one reads this article with an open mind then they see a JP saying he erred and wishes he had called for autopsy that night, but he doesn't think it would have changed anything. You also read that the case has been pushed by Dulin family and not by police. One falsehood in article as per other news articles, the Dulins did not drop the civil case last summer but this fall.
The JP said he regrets not ordering and autopsy that night, but said, "I don't know if it would have revealed anything." Not that he doesn't think it would have changed anything at all. Semantics, I know. But just wanted to use the right words.
That very same JP after the inquest and testimony of 11 witnesses, changed his finding of death from suicide to undetermined. Then within days, there was an arrest. I'd say there was something really noteworthy that came out in that inquest.
I guess the reporter didn't have the actual date of when the Dulin's dropped the civil suit in lieu of the impending criminal trial. That's one error that really has no bearing on anything of importance.

If one reads the article clearly, that person will see that it was written by a reporter who was struggling to write an article with only input from the defense side. I commend Zeke for his ability to try to keep balance when the prosecution side won't speak. However, the prosectuion side is SMART to keep there respective mouths shut!!! MB is backing himself into a corner and no attorney is going to be able to help him.
Maybe the reason it's not being pushed by the police so much is because they bought into Matt's suicide story too easily and failed to work the crime scene properly. If they messed up, they'd probably wish the case would just dissapear. Who knows? But I don't think it's too odd that the police that bungled the crime scene up and didn't do a thorough and professional enough job (both sides agree to that) wouldn't be raring to have their mistakes put in the spotlight. Just a guess.
After reading the complete transcript of the Trib's interview with MB, it became clear that he has a narcistic personality disorder. I found the followiing website, which shows that he also has many qualities associated with the sociopathic personality. Yes, I know him. I was at one of his churches before I left for college. I don't want to reveal who I am because he scares me.

Exactly what about him scares you frightened? I'm not talking about stuff you have read but on a personal note...what exactly about him scares you?
What scares me is that he can fool people (for a time). He can pretend to be a kind, compassionate person but he is capable of such evil. These are the most frightening types of people. Why do I believe the affidavit? Why do I believe he is capable of killing Kari? Because I knew Kari. Just go away. I believe that most of these neagative comments are written by MB. According to the article he has no job.
So exactly what scares you are things you have read? "Why do I believe the affidavit?"is what you typed. You still say nothing about anything thAt scares you on a personal note!
And I promise you LOL I am not MB, I am sure he has better things to do with his time!
