Convicted Murderer Matt Baker Wants a New Trial
This is nothing new. He's been working on this since the day after his conviction. The only reason it's news is because his lawyer finally turned it in. Had a late day today so I will post more tomorrow.

Thanks for the heads-up, but you are right. Other than the fact that a guilty murderer is shamelessly wasting scads of taxpayer money on a lame, fruitless appeal, it is kind of "non-news," isn't it?

Can't we just fast-forward to the day when his appeals are denied for good and we hear nothing more about him, like any other convicted killer serving his time?
